Raising littles has been the hardest thing and most rewarding thing I’ve ever done. The days can sometimes feel long and overwhelming, but the years are flying by way too fast. All too quickly tiny hands learn to maneuver their ways, little legs navigate their world, and before you know it, they aren’t so little anymore.

When I think about documenting your moments as a new family, whether they be the celebration of your miracle pregnancy, your husband snuggling your baby, you nursing your little one, your baby’s fingers laced in your hands… I remember that these are your legacy moments. Equally beautiful, and moments that are frozen in time.

I loved my time meeting up with this family for their little girls’ 6th-month photo session. They wanted a fine art family session captured in their home nursery. We also set up my canvas backdrop for some beautiful clean portraits of this new family of three.
