Our team calls this wedding “the wedding of the century.” I mean, we’ve had strangers on the internet DMing us asking when this wedding was going to take place since we blogged their Winter Park engagement session online. The anticipation for this day felt like our own version of a royal wedding. Between their impeccable style and light-hearted joy, all of our friends and followers became fans of these two. It was a Molliner Photographer royal wedding for sure.
Marsha wore a striking Rita Vinieris gown with a deep-v cut front and a flared bottom. To dress it up for the ceremony and the first look, she added a detachable skirt to give her look a more romantic ballgown feel. Later in the evening, after the party started, that skirt came off, so our bride was able to dance! Caleb wore a custom-designed, slim-fit white dinner jacket with black lapels. Both complemented each other with their timeless yet modern wedding attire.
The emotions during this day were overflowing from everyone’s pores! Marsha, Caleb, and their guests showed extreme excitement, surprise, laughter, and spontaneous joy. I feel like these images come alive because of the abounding emotions from Marsha & Caleb and their friends and family. From the groomsmen cheering during the groom’s surprise reveal to the dancing down the aisle during the ceremony’s processional… this wedding was jam-packed with all of the feels, and it was contagious.
I am a big fan of first looks for many reasons, and this wedding will forever mark my career as one of the top first look moments. When Caleb turned around to see his bride, everything he was felt was written all over his face. We had the biggest smiles behind our cameras because of his excitement. His eyes widened, and he even gasped. He gasped! And he still cried during her walk down the aisle. This moment is proof that having a first look will not cheapen your walk down the aisle. It simply allows you the opportunity to have two sweet moments together.
They had such a powerful worship experience during the ceremony that the officiant went off script and suggested they transition into prayer with the parents. The worship and prayer time was so moving that the guests raised hands in agreement with what was being prayed over the couple at the altar.
Marsha & Caleb, what an honor it was to experience the JOY that overflows from your two and the love you share. Congrats friends! Your wedding day is not one we will soon forget.
