I am always humbled by every Bride’s request to have us document their day. Even more honored when they are already friends of ours.
Drew was in Wayne’s fraternity in college and is a very good friend of mine. Some of our adventures include road tripping with our group to Nasvhille at 3am or flying to LA and San Francisco without any plan. This was Drew. Adventure, always. His spirit is so full of joy. But, the intense kind of joy that you leaves you with the greatest smile and ready to hunt for the next adventure. I knew Julie from some undergrad classes we shared. When the two of them got together, my mind was BLOWN! How did I not think of that pairing first?! She is his anchor, full of grace and immense elegance. Julie has such a pure heart which extends so much love.
It feels almost magical when you see the Lord’s hands in His love stories. The way he puts it all together. Man. Witnessing two people and their love for one another unfold and surrender to God’s plan …. I’m overwhelmingly humbled. Drew shared with me that his favorite moment had to be the ceremony when his bride was united with him in holy sacrament. She was his and he was hers. A beautiful surrender.
Drew+Julie. Forever grateful for your friendship. Thank you for the pleasure in the gift of telling your love story. I love you guys.
